Gelato Chef 2200 i-Green The traditional and original NEMOX ice cream machine, now in the ecological "GREEN" version.

Nemox named this Gelato machine "Chef" to evoke the idea that every family can have their own professional ice cream maker who can prepare perfect and creamy ice cream in minutes.

Preparation can be achieved in the fixed stainless steel bowl or in the removable bowl for greater flexibility and easy storage. Ice cream for 8/10 people (800 g) in just 20-25 minutes. No obstacles in the middle of the bowl, Gelato can be easily removed and the bowls are easy to clean.

Gelato Chef 2200 i-Green is equipped with Nemox's patented counter-rotating mixing blade, which automatically adjusts to the fixed and removable bowl, allowing for an even distribution of the gelato temperature. The temperature on the walls and in the center of the bowl is the same, which increases the quality of preparation.

The paddle changes direction of rotation when the ice cream is ready. The compressor is equipped with a safety device to prevent possible damage to the motor unit.

Working with a fixed bowl:

Place the mixing blade on the motor by inserting it into the designated hole in the assembled motor cover assembly. Install the fixed bowl assembly.

It is recommended to cool the mixture for 5 minutes before placing it in the bowl.

. Once the ice cream reaches the desired consistency, the paddle will change direction.

Turn off the paddle motor switch and remove the motor by turning it counterclockwise. Use the included scoop to remove the ice cream.

Working with a removable bowl:

Pour brandy or other alcohol into a stationary bowl. Alternatively, you can use a mixture of salt and water. The wall of the removable bowl must be completely wet.

Securely install the removable bowl and make sure there is good contact between the fixed and removable bowls. Follow the same procedure for the fixed bowl.

Once the ice cream is ready, remove the removable bowl by pulling it up using the special metal handle.

Ice cream can be stored in the machine for about 10-20 minutes. Before serving, you can run the engine for a few minutes to restore the desired consistency and smoothness.

The recommended capacity of the device is 800 g of mixture. If you add more, the ice cream may increase in volume during processing and spill. In addition, the final consistency may not be as good.

DO NOT fill the bowl more than halfway. This will cause the volume to increase as it whips to the maximum capacity of the bowl.
