REASONS FOR DATA PROCESSING

Some cookies are necessary to ensure safe and efficient communication or data transmission over the network or the proper functioning of the Online Store and the provision of key services based on mechanisms implemented in the Online Store, including ensuring the security of transactions, securing transmitted data, etc. (e.g. shopping cart mechanisms, related to data encryption during payments, ensuring fast loading of the website, etc.) ( "essential cookies" ).

Other cookies allow us to analyze how the Online Store is used in order to improve performance and user convenience (e.g. remembering login details or collecting information about how the Online Store is used) or to share pages and content via external social networks and other external sites, including potential use for advertising purposes. TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED

We process personal data in the course of using our Online Store, in particular the operation of the Online Store operated by us.

We use preference, statistical and marketing cookies based on your (voluntary, specific, informed and unambiguous) consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.

We may also process personal data where it is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party or to take action at the request of the data subject before entering into a contract (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b) of the GDPR). Where it is necessary for the performance of our legal obligations (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter c of the GDPR) and based on our legitimate interest in establishing and protecting our rights or pursuing claims (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f) of the GDPR).

AUTOMATIC DATA PROCESSING

Personal data related to cookies are processed automatically, in particular for the purposes of adapting the content of the website to user preferences, optimizing the process of using the websites, statistical analysis or presenting personalized marketing content. Processing data in an automated manner will not produce legal effects or have a similar significant impact on the data subject.

DATA STORAGE LOCATIONS

Your personal data will be stored in countries of the European Economic Area ("EEA"). The Online Store may contain so-called dual-use products, in connection with which the Buyer may be obliged by the Seller to perform additional obligations provided for in the provisions of generally applicable law, in particular signing the necessary declarations and consents.

DATA SHARING
Service providers and partners

We may share personal data with third parties, for example, to provide communication with the user, analytical services related to studying how the website is interacted with or collecting statistics on the use of the Online Store in order to improve and optimize it, as well as personalized advertising and providing the possibility of sharing content on social networks and external websites. Some cookies are placed on your device via our Online Store, but by third parties - for example - through social networks or for advertising purposes, enabling tracking and analyzing user activities on websites and providing personalized advertising, including remarketing of our services.

We may share necessary personal data with entities providing us with business-related services.
Entities processing personal data as part of the services they perform for us are obliged to ensure their protection and respect your rights in accordance with applicable law.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to conduct statistics and better optimize the Online Store and your experience when using the Online Store. The tool is provided by an external entity, i.e. Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States. In order to use Google Analytics, we have implemented a special Google Analytics tracking code in the code of our website. The tracking code uses Google LLC cookies. The information collected within the cookies is stored by Google LLC as part of an anonymous user profile. Neither Google LLC nor we will ever use this information to identify individual users or to match them to further data of a given user. Google Tag Manager

We use the Google Tag Manager tool to manage tags, which are small pieces of code that allow us to control user traffic and behavior, collect information on ad effectiveness, and take action to improve our Online Store. The tool is provided by an external entity, i.e. Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States. Google Tag Manager does not collect any information that would allow you to be identified, but the tool triggers other tags that may in turn collect data.

Google AdWords

We use the remarketing functions available within the Google AdWords system operated by an external entity, i.e. Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States. We carry out activities in this area based on our legitimate interest in marketing our own products or services.

When you visit the Online Store, a Google LLC remarketing cookie file is automatically left on your device, which collects information about your activity in our Online Store. Thanks to the information collected in this way, we are able to display ads to you within the Google network according to your behavior and reactions on our Online Store. If you display a product, this information will be recorded by the remarketing cookie file and we will be able to direct an advert for that product to you. This advert will be displayed to you within the Google network when you use the Internet, browse other websites, etc.

When using Google AdWords, we do not collect any data that would allow you to be identified. Further processing of the information only takes place if you have given Google permission to link your browsing history to your account and to use the information from your Google account to personalize the ads displayed on websites. In this case, Google will use your data to create and define lists of target groups for cross-device remarketing purposes. For this purpose, Google combines the temporarily collected information with other data it has to create target groups. Meta Ads

We use marketing tools available within the Facebook service and provided by an external entity, i.e. Facebook Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Dublin, Republic of Ireland. As part of these tools, we direct advertisements to the user on Facebook. We inform you that Facebook may combine this information with other information about the user collected as part of the user's use of Facebook and use it for its own purposes, including marketing. Such Facebook activities are no longer dependent on us, and the user can find information about them directly in the Facebook privacy policy . You can manage your privacy settings from your Facebook account.

Affiliates, Acquisitions and Restructurings

In the event of a merger or takeover, as well as a reorganization of our business, undertaking joint ventures with other entities and a spin-off or sale of all or part of our business, we may transfer some or all of your personal data to other entities (in particular to the acquiring entity and its legal successor). Personal data may also be shared in the event of restructuring, bankruptcy or compulsory administration.

  • the right to delete personal data,

THE RIGHT TO LODGE A COMPLAINT TO THE SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY

If you believe that we are processing your personal data incorrectly, you can always contact us and file a complaint with the supervisory authority (President of the Personal Data Protection Office).

CHANGES TO COOKIE POLICY

In the event of a change in our practices regarding the processing of personal data or the need to change this Cookie Policy in accordance with applicable law, case law or guidelines issued by competent authorities or courts, we will be entitled to unilaterally change this Cookie Policy at any time. If these changes are significant - they will affect your rights and obligations - we will notify you of them in due time before the changes come into effect. Changes to the Cookie Policy will be made available within the Online Store.

The processing of personal data by NaviGate is subject to the law of the Republic of Poland.
