Delivery time and costs

The priority for our company is for the goods you order to reach their destination as quickly as possible.

The delivery time of goods to the customer depends on the following criteria:

  • 2-3 business days (if the goods are located directly in our warehouse in Poland);
  • 7-14 working days (if the goods are in the Manufacturer's warehouse);
  • 14-21 days (if the goods of interest to the customer must be produced by the Manufacturer);
  • to order, please contact us (e-mail or phone).

Most of our products are delivered within 3 days, however, in the case of products imported from distant European countries or manufactured to order, the delivery time may be extended to up to 21 days.

With each order, the sales representative informs the customer about the expected delivery date and costs.

Shipping costs and methods

The TECHNOFOOD store delivers products to any address in the Republic of Poland and the European Union via well-known courier companies.

The cost of delivery depends on the value of the ordered goods and their size.

For most products worth over PLN 1,000 net, delivery is free.

For large-sized products shipped on pallets with a value of up to PLN 8,000 net, such as storage cabinets, cheap refrigeration equipment and non-standard stainless steel furniture, delivery is paid or free of charge as described on the store's website directly under the specific product.

Delivery terms can always be agreed with a sales department specialist.

Receiving a delivery from the courier

When receiving the shipment, please check:

  1. That the packaging is not damaged.
  2. Whether the contents of the shipment correspond to the order.

If you notice any damage, you should immediately prepare a complaint protocol with the courier and contact our company. Keep the shipping document. Failure to follow these rules may result in rejection of the complaint. Failure to prepare a damage protocol automatically results in rejection of the complaint.

Reporting damage to the courier in accordance with these rules will allow us to consider the complaint.

Sometimes the courier refuses to open the package before you sign for the receipt. In such a case, we recommend signing for the receipt, provided that the courier agrees to wait until you check the contents of the package.

If you have any questions about delivery times and costs, it is best to contact us by phone or email. We are available from Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
