Gelato Chef 5L Automatic i-Green is a semi-professional stationary ice cream maker.

It is specially designed for restaurants and small businesses that want to incorporate home ice cream production but have a limited budget but still strive for quality standards.

This machine is made of steel and has a storage mode that allows you to store your ice cream in the machine at the right temperature and consistency, ready to serve. The Gelato Chef 5L Automatic i-Green is equipped with a removable bowl made of 18/10 stainless steel. The mixing paddle is also made of 18/10 stainless steel with removable scrapers for hygiene and durability. The Gelato Chef 5L Automatic i-Green is suitable for producing 1000 g approximately every 20 minutes. Air cooling. Detachable power cord. Two operating modes available.

MANUAL MODE:

In manual mode, the user has full control over the machine's functions. The electronic system monitors the density of the ice cream and stops the paddle when the consistency becomes hard, while the compressor continues to run. At this point, the user can decide whether to stop the machine or switch to automatic storage mode.

AUTOMATIC MODE:

In automatic mode, the machine functions are fully controlled by the advanced electronic control system.

Simply activate the storage switch. The production cycle begins and when the ice cream reaches the desired consistency, the storage cycle is activated.

Special software starts and stops the mixer and compressor depending on the density of the ingredients to maintain the perfect consistency for serving. To always enjoy perfect ice cream, we recommend storing the ice cream in the machine for a maximum of 8 hours.

Some useful tips:

For ice creams and sorbets, do not add more than 1000 g of the mixture to ensure proper volume expansion during mixing.

It is recommended to pour the mixture at a temperature between +10°C and +20°C. Higher temperatures can also significantly increase the processing time. Before introducing the mixture into the bowl, we recommend starting a pre-cooling cycle by pressing the compressor button 5 minutes before starting the production cycle.

We recommend waiting about 10 minutes between one preparation and the next.
