Gelato NXT1 i-Green is an ice cream machine packed with technology. Simply touch a button on the touch panel to activate it.

Advanced software reads information from density sensors and temperature probes and, based on these parameters, automatically adjusts the thermodynamic system, freezer motor, ventilation motor and storage management using an algorithm.

There is no need to adjust or monitor anything on the machine. Gelato NXT1 i-Green does everything on its own!

Gelato NXT1 i-Green produces 1 kg (1.5 liters) of ice cream, sorbet, frozen yogurt in 15/20 minutes (10-20 servings).

The machine is equipped with a pause function, a warning signal will sound twice each time the mixer is started.
