Gelato TALENT i-Green produces ice cream, sorbet and granita in all flavors in a short time. Preparation can be achieved in a fixed stainless steel bowl or in a removable bowl, which provides greater flexibility and easy storage.
The TALENT i-Green ice cream machine is a compact and efficient device that prepares ice cream for 8/10 people (800 g) in just 20/25 minutes.
Equipped with a patented dual-action counter-rotating mixer, it automatically changes speed depending on the consistency of the ingredients.
The result is perfectly mixed creamy ice cream without frozen particles at the right temperature. The mixer motor is permanently attached to the body of the device and cannot be accidentally disconnected. The compressor is equipped with a safety device to prevent possible damage to the motor unit.

Working with a fixed bowl:
Attach the mixer to the motor by inserting it into the hole provided in the assembled motor cover assembly. Install the machine with the fixed bowl. It is recommended to cool the mixture for 5 minutes before placing it in the bowl. When the ice cream has reached the right consistency, the paddle will change direction.
Turn off the paddle motor switch and remove the motor by turning it counterclockwise. Use the included scoop to remove the ice cream.
Working with removable bowl:
Pour brandy or other alcohol into the provided bowl. Alternatively, you can use a mixture of salt and water. The wall of the removable cup must be completely wet.
Install the removable bowl securely and make sure there is good contact between the fixed and removable bowls. Follow the same procedure for the fixed bowl.
Once the ice cream is ready, remove the removable bowl by pulling it up with the special metal handle. The ice cream can be stored in the device for about 10-20 minutes. Before serving, you can run the engine for a few minutes to restore the desired consistency and smoothness.
The recommended capacity of the device is 800 g of mixture. If you add more, the ice cream may increase in volume during processing and spill. In addition, the final consistency may not be as good.
DO NOT fill the bowl more than halfway. This will cause the volume to increase as it whips to the maximum capacity of the bowl.
There are no obstructions inside the bowl, the ice cream can be easily removed and the bowls are easy to clean.
